Returns & Exchanges

  • Free Replacements: If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, or if it's incorrect or defective, we'll happily replace it for free. Just send us a picture of the issue within 14 days of delivery to glowtogrowcandle@gmail.com and we'll get you squared away.
  • Exchanges: Changed your mind within 14 days of purchase? You can exchange your unused candle for another of the same size and price. You'll cover the return shipping cost.
  • No Refunds: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for undamaged or used candles.

We inspect everything carefully before it ships, but if there's an issue, we'll make it right!
