As a thank you for being part of our eco-conscious community, you'll receive a $5 discount on your refill cost when using a vessel you originally purchased from us.

The refill cost is determined by the size of your vessel:

• 1 to 3.9 ounces: $15.00
• 4 to 5.9 ounces: $20.00
• 6 to 8.9 ounces: $25.00
• 9 to 11.9 ounces: $30.00
• 12 to 14.9 ounces: $35.00
• 15 to 17.9 ounces: $40.00
• 18 to 20.9 ounces: $45.00
• 21 ounces or more: $50.00

• Glass: We'll confirm the glass is thick enough, especially for wine glasses.
• Ceramics: Ensure the inside is fully glazed.
• Terra Cotta: Unfortunately, these vessels are too porous and not suitable for refills.
• Vessel Shape & Size: The vessel needs a flat bottom, and we'll ensure the appropriate number of wicks can fit based on its diameter.

• Studio Visit: Our Brooklyn studio is located at 147 Prince Street, directly across from City Point. Studio hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend availability. We also offer flexible scheduling by appointment if these hours don't work for you, as we live nearby.
